It's not possible. The passwords are encrypted specifically so that people won't use Wordpress to steal peoples' passwords.

 

There is no reason why you should ever need to know somebody's password.

The only place you have access to plain-text passwords is when people type it to log in. You can't determine their password from the database information.

Unless on registering you save password as plain text in a custom field, before it is encrpyted and saved in the password field. But! This is is unadvisable.

I would also recommend letting your users know that you're going to be saving their plain-text password, it's a fair disclosure.

I found my solution creating re Enter pass new field and get plan text and pass is sequre
