a pure css menu that not work in mobile devices

Hi at all

I was looking for a modern multi level menubar to navigate into my web site that have over 100 pages.
I found

devinrolsen.com/wp-content/themes/dolsen/demos/css/infinite-sub-menu/

It is better for me and work very well with PC but not with touch screen nodile devices.
Please can you tell me what I must change or add to css to work properly also with touch screen devices?
