Encode New Character Set in UTF-8

Hello, Today I am here to seeking few suggestions regarding render our Script in all web browser and all android device. Still we show our Character Set as Box. We have already register our Language in CLDR(Common Language Data Repository) and released in v31. I have found that to show Character Set in every browser UTF-8 is very useful. How I can start my work, so that I can get success. I am expecting all of your valuable suggestions.

Language- Chakma
subtag- ccp & Cakm (ISO 639-3)
Unicode Range- 11100-1114F R

You can convert your files to UTF-8 in any text editor. If you're working with code, you'll have to create a function that encodes the bytes as UTF-8, many programming languages have built-in functions for that.
