newcomer2006
hi, everybody,When I use " select * from table where something(such as Year)=the value, Can I replace the value with a variable? How can I do it? Thanks in advance!
Jack McKalling
It can, but as far as I know, SQL itself doesn't know variables. It is the SQL handling programming language (php for example) that implements the variables. Just place in case of using php, this SQL query in a double quoted string, and just use variables in it Remember arrays will not properly work, you should use curly brackets for those
