Question of a layman about XML and XMS

Hello everybody,
allow me to introduce myself.
I'm like my nickname says a geocacher.
Maybe someone could give me a tip here, for someone who knows only a little bit about HTML and Excel

At a riddle, I sit for a very long time.
It probably has to do with XML and XMS.

I believe that I have convert XML to something else using the XSL file hidden on the page.
I know there at least have been online tools to help with the conversion.

But despite all my efforts, I still do not know in what I should convert the result.
HMTL, Excel, JAVA, Javascript or something completely different.

Also, I'm not sure what to expect
An image, a file, a website?
