WSDL in HTML

Hello everyone!

I have a problem when I'm filling out a contact form, the moment i hit send, it gives me an error in the form of:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

I will attach printscreen of the error, along with the code used, any ideas?
