Asterix?

Hello,

I'm sorry to be a bother, but I have to ask. I was just looking through some of the information on Python tuples, and noticed that it talks about using an asterix. There's a big title and everything, with the word asterix. But "asterix" is not a word. The symbol being referred to is an ASTERISK. If you look up asterix, it's nothing but a cartoon character. I checked just in case, thinking I must be crazy because it seems highly unprofessional for a major website to have such an oversight. I'm hoping there's something else I'm missing. Am I missing something? If not, can the silly error please be fixed. I already saw in this forum several other people referring to an "asterix" and would hate to think they're learning poor English from this experience.

"Asterix" certainly is not an English word. If you see an error on a W3Schools page you can notify the site staff by clicking the "REPORT ERROR" button at the bottom of the page.
