Shuffling or randomization of php/mysql quize questions

With reference to the tutorial on this url   https://www.w3schools.com/Php/phptryit.asp?filename=tryphp_func_shuffle  how can I shuffle my quize questions each time page refreshes as they display from database? 

Note I used php while loop to display all the 5 questions at once but I need them shuffled each time it's displayed
