Product selector corssover - basic HTML

Hello everyone! I am trying to create this simple product selection tool! My idea is to cross over two informations (model type x colour) to load a certain image. I was wondering if there is anyway to do it in a simple way with html.

 

A sample mock up of my idea is: (basically if you pick a model the image in the center will change accordingly and the same happens if yo uselect teh colour)
