Glitch in my nav bar

Hello everyone,

Recently I created my portfolio (www.danielrsoares.com).
I am a beginner at javaScript, so that's why I am struggling with a few details in my navbar.
I took a screenshot to show you the problem. After you call the domain, in a few seconds, you can see the navbar disorganized with the icons aligned to the left.
But after a few seconds, the icons got back to normal, aligned to the center and in the correct size.
I believe that would be something wrong with my nav bar that also has a short version after scrolling on top.

Would you help me or giving me a clue to fix this glitch?
