_tech_dude_
I have 3 div containers: navigation, content and more. The navigation container is floated to the left, and more container is floated to the right. how do i get the content container to stay between them and align all three centrally? real_illusions
there a few waysone way i've done it, is to position the left hand side absolutley, the middle one absolutley but is has a lquid width as in expands, but with a certain amount of padding on the right hand side, and the right hand side content is position absolutely with the right hand side of the page. this gives you a fluid 3 coloumned design, that works in almost all browser sizes.there is another way but i cant remember now without looking it up. _tech_dude_
that is ok, but with an abosolute width the containers may not line up with my title bar and will look off center in different resolutions surely?
real_illusions
well..it all depends on how wide everything is. Without knowing what you want to put on the site, i cant really help you much more then what kinda way you need to go about it.if you have a go at it, mess around a bit with the css, then if you get stuck, post again here and we can point you in the direction.
