automaticly send completed form with url?

The California State Personel Board posts exam openings every once in a great while. It is near impossible to be in the right place at the right time to schedule one of these exams though. Here is the page i am talking about.http://www.spb.ca.gov/employment/exam_start.htmOn this page you select, "Take or Schedule An Exam" from the first dropdown, and "Office Assistant General & Typing Scheduling System" from the second. Then hit continue. The page then 99% of the time will direct you to this page:https://forms.spb.ca.gov/oasched/index.cfm?...FTOKEN=20685953This page states that there are no exams availible at this time so please continue to monitor the page for openings. This is a cumbersome process to do manually every day. My hope is to create an active desktop window to continuously display and if possible, monitor changes on this page on at regular interavals. I need to know if this is dynamic page though, and will reflect the change if they happen to change the status of exam. I am just worried that it is a static page that i am being directed to, and monitoring that url will be like watching astroturf grow.I am not affluent in html, forms, or anything relating to this though, so i need your insights. Well, here is what I can do:http://www.iribbit.net/i/_files/cfhttp-klaymonster.cfmNow, I can sniff the results of the submission and email you (prefereable your cell phone maybe) and let you know when the results do not contain "No additional Office Assistant test dates are available at this time." First off, thank you Skemcin for your reply and your time. Will i update this page by hitting reload, or is that already a function of this page? Unfortunately my phone does not accept e-mails, or else that would have been ideal.
