We need a sticky!!!

I have found myself alwys asking folks to submit a link or post their code - I feel that we need to write a good statement that explains what the minimum type of information is recommended to expedite assistance - this would be specific to each category of course.Any thoughts?P.S. A "sticky" is a post that stays at the top of a category and never goes away - for those who didn't know.
