i ve created some tables in sql plus, but i need the create table scripts is there a way of viewing the scripts.

Check out a program called SQLPlusPlus, never used it myself but read about it in some other forums and it should allow you to do exactly what you are trying to.Here is the link to the sourceforge page:http://sourceforge.net/projects/sqlplusplus/
