CSS issue in XSL/XML/ASPX

I have a aspx-file that joins an xsl- file and an xml-file. In the xsl-file, i have regular html-code and a external css linked in. And some xsl-code to get data from an xml-file.In a DIV i have a background-image that is repeated -y. But when i run the aspx-file in Internet Explorer, my DIV-tag with background-image is "cut off" where the page ends in browser-window. This appears when i start to scroll down the page. This css-issue only occurs in IE. It works properly in firefox and safari.Any one who have a solution to this css issue?
