justsomeguy
Go to mysql.org and download the version you want. There are instructions there on how to install it. There's no "upgrader", you will uninstall the old one and install the new one, so if you want your data then make sure to export everything first. justsomeguy
I don't know how wamp works, you may want to check on their website. Or, you can try installing Apache, MySQL, and PHP yourself.
jlhaslip
XAMPP is a single-click (pretty much) installer for Windows which also includes a "switcher" so you can switch between php4 and php5.
