crystalvoyager Posted December 20, 2006 Share Posted December 20, 2006 hi im trying to get pics to come up on my home page but they wont.i have saved my home page in my docs and the pic in the same folder, am useing notepad, they are j.pegs and i use firefox browser,this is the code im useing, <img src="shark"width="144" height="50">.its driving me mad now .please help me. real_illusions Posted December 20, 2006 Share Posted December 20, 2006 you need the file extension adding onto the file name<img src="shark.jpeg"width="144" height="50" />or<img src="shark.jpg"width="144" height="50" />both are the same jpeg format. This is because while copying to the FTP account all the extensions automatically become capital. For example - An image uploaded with the name of w3c.jpg might become w3c.JPG .
