Bootstrap Newbie

Hello.

 

At the moment, I am setting up a website for a friend and it uses bootstrap. I used to make fan sites as a hobby back in the Geocities days so I am familiar with HTML. I need help with a couple of items please:

1. Every time I use create a table, I get a grey border on the top edge even though I inserted class="table borderless" in the tag.
2. Is it possible to create a form or text-area that does either of the following:
   • Keep what was entered for the duration of the browser's session
   • Send the contents to an email address (a button I guess, but I cannot make it work.)
