how can i add delete function

Hello i have an app that im working on theres more wyswyg but theres is some html my question is i have push notification and i would like to add delete function for user

so they see the message and are able to delete it not have to wait for developer or owner of app to delete message on there end

i have a code here maybe some one can help me with it
