How do i set the table so it is in the center of the page, i can get it in the center on the top, but cant get it so it is in the middle.

I want it so that i can have two empty columns on the side, and then a bigger one in the middle where i would put stuff.

What do i do to make it so that there is like a small little bar on left and right side, and then one with text in the middle. Also what do i do to make it so the table will go up next to another instead of going underneath it?
