    Hi,

     I am a single parent trying to start my own business. I have no code knowledge and am having trouble finding a form I need.

    I am looking for a code I can just copy and paste.

    I need a form that a customer can upload a photo and for it to be emailed to me

    I then need the submit button to take them to another page.

    Any help would really be appreciated
