I'm a blogger and I want to ask a question related to multiregional targeting for my blog traffic. Actually I have a blog that is written in English and I want to target people from multiple English speaking countries like USA, UK and Australia with the same version of the web page . How do I do that? I didn't have a different version of web page for different countries I just have one version of webpage in English and with the same I want to target multiple English speaking nations like UK, USA and Australia.
