Thank-you So Much, I finally got it figured out. the ' what we thought would work as a comment tag was making the file unusable.

What about a space after { and before } ?As I have it here:A:visited { color: 033567; font-size: 95%; }

I added the ; it did not change it.here is the code for my css file:
