Jack McKalling
Darn. I hoped I was right about what caused this little pixel malfunction, but I am no expert in CSS either, sorry At this point I don't know what to do either.. lost me there :)Ask me how to program this, how to script that, and I'll answer, but those CSS bugs in any stylesheet are a big question for me too
holmedwa04
It seems to print alright, its just that users will think it looks silly, or that I cant code . I might just put a comment on there explaining.
holmedwa04
Please help me, I really need to get this working before I upload it.
aspnetguy
ok, can you repeat the requirements for this (show me a picture if possible) and I'll code it instead of all this guessing back and forth. There is no way for us to know what you have anymore since there have been so many suggestions. holmedwa04
This is a copy of my code post:Now, although I said I thought that I had got it working it doesn't seem to work when I fill it in completely, and it seems to be when there are 3 red and bold numbers below a row that has normal numbers, I have put a print screen below and my code. The funny thing is that although it doesn't seem to work, when I look at the print preview it looks fine. This is my code: <html><head><title>Sudoku Puzzle 01 Answers (Easiest)</title></head><LINK Jack McKalling
And what if you gave both sorts of cells classes? The cells with normal numbers as well as the ones with red bolded numbers. Then specify the dimensions manually for both, eg one pixel more than it would be for default. Both margins and width and height. If all is specified, and both cells have equal dimensions, it must be fine on the page. :)If this doesn't work, I will have lost it too.
holmedwa04
Eberything just doesn't seem line up correct, anyways thanks for all of your help, I have found a solution, I have just stopped them being bold, and made them just red!It doesn't I must admit look as good, but it works now. holmedwa04
Sorry, but can you post that in a normal code thing, instead of a box, because notepad is making at all one line of code.
holmedwa04
Ah yes, that looks much better! I didn't realise that you had changed it for me to a code instead of codebox, because you edited it and it doesn't show as a new post on the board index! That is really strange though, that codebox make code go funny when you add it to notepad? Thanks sooooooo much!
