Good afternoon am starting programming PHP and i have somme problems,

i'created a scirpt to permite to my users to suscribe to my site and create an acount.

all's right but my is not able to set thier avatar/profile image

PHP return me an error with the function 

move_updated_files

and i do not know why... 😥

i was looking after erros in my script but nothing!!😣

i realy need help please😢
