we have a .ASP enviironment.

I have an online form that i built with MS Frontpage, it includes drop down menu selections, text areas, radio buttons .... and it is saved on the company's FTP. It is meant to be used internally by the sales team where they input their info and hit the submit button. my question is: how do i have all those info entered sent to an email address that i define? in other words, i want the submit button to collect all the input and selected info to be sent to an email address?anybody can help?thank you.
