I tried multiple doctypes and it isn't set to 'Quirks mode' it's on standards. Still doesn't work on IE 10

If you check the following site with Internet Explorer 10 the sub menus for the navigation are hidden behind the images. http://patrickjamesg...u/mb/index.html I tried adjusting the z-index values, helped with Firefox/Chrome but not with IE.
