  1. I am doing selenium web driver testing and to read data from excel, I am using apache POI.

    Again reading data from excel, I have no problem. When it compares in the IF statement, I have problem.

    import java.io.File;
    import java.io.FileInputStream;
    import java.io.FileOutputStream;
    import java.io.IOException;
    import java.util.concurrent.TimeUnit;

    import org.apache.poi.hssf.usermodel.HSSFCell;
    import org.apache.poi.hssf.usermodel.HSSFRow;
    import org.apache.poi.hssf.usermodel.HSSFSheet;
    import org.apache.poi.hssf.usermodel.HSSFWorkbook;
    import org.apache.poi.ss.usermodel.Cell;
    File file =    new File("C://Tek_AllSites.xls");
    // Open the Excel file
    FileInputStream fis = new FileInputStream(file);
    // Access the required test data sheet
    HSSFWorkbook wb = new HSSFWorkbook(fis);
    HSSFSheet sheet = wb.getSheet("AllSites");
    int TotalRow;
    int TotalCol;
    String pageTitle = "";
    TotalRow = sheet.getLastRowNum();
    System.out.println("Total row " + TotalRow);
    TotalCol = sheet.getRow(0).getLastCellNum();
    HSSFRow headerRow = sheet.getRow(0);
    String result = "";
    for(int count = 1;count<=TotalRow;count++){
        HSSFRow row = sheet.getRow(count);
    	String shouldLoginNo =row.getCell(5).toString();
        System.out.println("pageTitle " + pageTitle);
    	System.out.println("*" + shouldLoginNo + "*"); // Printig Yes just fine
    	if (shouldLoginNo.trim() == "Yes"){
    	    System.out.println("*" + shouldLoginNo + "*");  // Not printing here
        }
    }

  2. Hello,

     		String msg =row.getCell(5).toString();
    	    System.out.println("msg " + msg);
        	 if (shouldLoginNo.trim() == "Yes"){
    	       System.out.println("msg " + msg);
    		 }

    Its not printing the IF message.

    msg is coming from excel spreadsheet. It is getting the value "Yes" just fine. I added trim method but it is still not printing IF message.

    If I hard code value like this and it works. It tells me something is wrong when it reads value from excel.

    			        shouldLoginNo = "Yes";

    How can I print the msg inside the IF block? Thanks!

  3. Hello,

    <div data-mediasize="992" class="responsive-menus responsive-menus-0-0 absolute responsified"><span class="toggler"></span><ul class="responsive-menus-simple" id="rm-removed">
                          <li class="first">
                                            <a href="/" data-drupal-link-system-path="<front>" class="is-active">Home</a>
                  </li>
                          <li>
                                            <a href="/how_it_works" data-drupal-link-system-path="node/4">How it works</a>
                  </li>

            </ul></div>
    @media only screen and (max-width: 768px)
    .responsive-menus.responsified span.toggler {
        color: white;
    }

    When I visit the mobile version in chrome toggle device tool, I see the menu is in white. But mobile device shows it in black. How can I display the menu in white? Thanks!

  4. Hello,

    <figure class="figure-about"><img src="../sites/default/files/imgs/Sky-Blue-House.jpg" alt="houses image"><figcaption class="figure-caption">For Sale. <a href="../contact_us" title="Contact us">Contact us</a> today!<br></figcaption></figure>

    How can I put a specific color on top of the image?

    Thanks!

  5. Hello,

    <select data-drupal-selector="edit-field-house-selling-price-value" class="form-select form-control" id="edit-field-house-selling-price-value"
    name="field_house_selling_price_value"><option value="All" selected="selected">- Any -</option><option value="1">Under $100,000</option>
    <option value="2">$100,000 - $200,000</option><option value="3">$200,000 - $300,000</option></select>

    Above html has a value "any". How can I rename it to "Price Range" using CSS?

    Thank you!

  6. I made progress.

    .prop-row {
        position: relative;
    }

    .views-field.views-field-field-status {
        position: absolute;
        width: 100px;
        float: right;
        margin-top: -30px;
    }

    .views-field-field-house-selling-price {
        position: absolute;
        width: 100px;
        float: left;
        margin-top: -30px;
    }

    Both are now inside prop-row element. But status is sitting on top of price. I cant see the price. I do not have any control on html. How can I push status to the right side?

  7. Hello,

    </span>

    </div>

    <div class="views-field views-field-field-main-image">

    <div class="field-content">

    <div class="views-field views-field-field-house-selling-price">

    <div class="field-content">$45,345</div>

    </div>

    <div class="views-field views-field-field-status">

    <div class="field-content">Active</div></div>

     </div>

    How can I place the price at bottom left corner of the image and place the status at the bottom right corner of the image?

  8. Hello,

    HTML:

    <div class="areas-box-list">

    <div class="col-lg-3 col-md-3 col-sm-6 col-xs-12 area-loc">

    </div>

    CSS:

    .area-loc a:hover{
      background:#04437a;
    }

    .area-loc a:active { color:white; background:#083a9a;;}

    Hover works just fine. Active does not work. I noticed that I do not have active class in html. I am not sure how to add the active class in html. Please advise!

  9. Thanks much!

    However, this link of code is bit confusing.

        background-image: linear-gradient(to left, rgba(10, 109, 233, 0.7), rgba(242, 235, 235, 0));

    Changing from left to right and right to left makes difference. If I keep left, color gets applied right side and I keep right, color gets applied left side. How can I keep same color both sides?

    Below code gives more color on the top right than the top left but I like to have the same color entire top section. Please advise.

    .gradient.left {
        display: block !important;
        position: absolute;
        left: 0;
        right: 0;
        top: 0;
        bottom: 0;
        background-image: linear-gradient(to left, rgba(10, 109, 233, 0.7), rgba(242, 235, 235, 0));
        background-size: 100% 50%;
        background-repeat: no-repeat;
        height: 700px;
    }

  10. Hello,

    I have this gradient color works just fine which applies left side of the div element.

    .gradient.left {
        display: block !important;
        position: absolute;
        left: 0;
        right: 0;
        top: 0;
        bottom: 0;
        background: linear-gradient(90deg, rgba(52, 52, 52, 0.7) 43%, rgba(255, 255, 255, 0) 66%);
        background-image: linear-gradient(to right, rgba(16, 49, 90, 0.7), rgba(255, 255, 255, 0));
    }

    1. How can I modify the css to apply gradient on entire div element?

    2. How can I modify the css to apply gradient on top 50% div element?

    3. How can I modify the css to apply gradient on bottom 50% div element?

    4. How can I modify the css to apply gradient center of the div element?

    After that, I will play with that to meet my requirements. Please advise!

    }

    I think my html is also wrong. Please advise!
