The code I was looking at in the tutorial was: <img src="planets.gif" width="145" height="126" alt="planets" usemap="#planetmap"> It works if you submit the code in the tutorial, but not if you copy to notebook. Presumably "planets.gif" requires the folder names to be defined, but the tutorial doesn't tell you where this file is.

Hello I am completely new to HTML/CSS/Java, but I am getting frustrated with WebEasy, Moonfruit, and Wix because I can't find a template that does what I want it do, so I decided to teach myself. The W3Schools information is brilliant. I'm just having problems with the examples that use external files (images or .js files) - they don't appear to be located where the examples say they are. What URL should I use? Also, if I ever do manage to develop a site, how should I reference files eg images so that they work on the hard drive while I'm developing the site, but then change to URL references once it's uploaded? I'm probably completely misunderstanding this. Many thanks David
