How can I put .wma or .mov movie to website so that visiters can look movie on website and they wont need to download it to their computers?

I just thought about those javascripts and CSSs what can hide advertises from your site.Example Geocities' large frame.I just think, probably service provider don't allow these codes but it ruins completely my layout.I just want ask, can I get troubles if I hide advertises easily?Geocities' banner is really annoying but I don't want move my site to another server because it is quite large and so on.

I want make vote to my website. Can i make it with javascript? I want make vote like this: There are maybe 3, maybe 4 points where you can choose one, and then you press "submit vote" button. Then you see how many votes each point has got. Is this possible?
