Apologies for my naivety, but I don't know how to proceed. I purchased a photo gallery template, which has css and js files- my site already has identical css and js files, so where do I place them?

It's not W3Schools contact form. It's a web template I purchased. The site is 'work-in-progress'. Code and send-mail.php attached. contact.txt send-mail.php

My own contact form works - every single email sent through this form is received within two seconds of being sent, yet I get this damn "error: something went wrong" message popping up each and every time. I can't see anything in the code to delete in order to eradicate this message. So can someone enlighten me?
