Oh I am sorry, your correct, I am trying to make my table of contents on the left frame and a body on the right frame but I don't know how to add my links on the left.

I learned how to make columns but I can't seem to add anything to the columns even thought I can see my page with 25%,75% columns? What am I not doing correctly?
