those w3school examples on CSS dont help me learn really because they dont explain in depth how and when to use tags and everything. like i dont understand how the body tag works what it does and when to use it. same with the style tag.if you could explain them to me that'd be wonderful. --thank you--

Hey guys I'm new to CSS and i was wondering if someone could explain to me the basics of CSS and how the format works.
