The page is created by my application and I am trying to save it as .xml extension. I use File->Save As... on IE and as soon as I click on Save As... I am getting the pop-up message.

Hi, I am trying to save an XHTML page created by my application in IE and getting a pop-up message that "This web page may not save correctly. Would you like to save it anyway?" I saved the page and then ran it through xml validator and everything looks good in regards to well-formedness and validity. Can anyone tell me why I am getting the message? Thanks.

Hi, I am trying to use the preforamatted text (pre) tag in my html page and the browser inserts a blank line every time it hits the <pre> tag. I wonder how I can avoid the additional blank line? Thanks.Example: <html><head><title>Header Info.</title></head><body>Preformatted Text test<pre> This is line 1</pre><pre> This is line 2</pre></body></html>
