i know it. where clause couldn't be used. but i don't know how can i do without where. please tell me

my code is"select a,b,c,d,e,sum(f) from table group by a,b,c,d,e having sum(f)>0"and i want to add a meaning of "where x='bla bla'" to this. how can i do that? i searched web but couldn't find an answer. how can i do friends...
