Most CPM ad network need publishers place ads code display within first 600-800 pixels on the pages, but how do they detect whether their ads are displayed within the area as they asked? Which code they use? in JavaScript? in PHP?Thanks

Ads make by ad engine on server... As phpnuke.org(very slow, please wait..), there are a few in-text ads on the homepage, but when you see the source, there is no change around keyword.. It's a full JavaScript problem, without any server-side script...
