cpugeek Posted August 26, 2007 Share Posted August 26, 2007 I was wondering if i need an ssl certificate to use the Paypal API.Because i'm using the test version of the php nvp package that can be found HEREif so, is there anyway i can create an ssl for my localhost?[so i can test out the API?]any & all help and suggestions are appreciated.
