OL in html (arabic)

hELLO all,I am creating a simple html page ,I want the list to be listed to in arabic so I use this line:<ol type="a" lang="ar">but still, it gives me a, b how can I make it display the correct letters in arabic?Thanks in advance

Unfortunately, you can't. The lang attribute shouldn't be used for this (and it doesn't even work). It's for defining the language of the TEXT that's in the ordered list.Read this to see how you can specify what the browser puts before the list items (you need to use CSS).

Hi,I am not hard core programmer but just for a thought .....i think u shuld create your arabic text link in someother s/w(like Photoshop) and than integrate tham in ur html page and throguh the help of css you can give effects to it like:-underline,color change etc etc.(So,it will look like your original link)You shuld try it as I am sure it will work but yeah its time-conusming but it will work dear.ThanksBye
