Eivo Posted October 1, 2007 Share Posted October 1, 2007 I need some help with trying to find the greatest number in a record set and adding to it.I am working on a FAQ database and I am giving each question an article number to keep track of them, sort them, and so on. But I am having trouble finding a way to find the greatest number in a record set. I want to do this because when I create an article, I want to dynamically create an article number. I am using ASP (not .NET) and MsSQL. If you need me to clarify, just say so.
