So, for the mercury area in that example, the circle that you are defining is 124 pixels from the left, 58 pixels from the top, and has an 8 pixel radius.One easy way to find where those coordinates would be to load that image in an image editing program, like photoshop, and use that tool to determine the pixel locations of the parts of the image you are trying to find.
