jstephen01 Posted February 9, 2008 Share Posted February 9, 2008 im new at html and i want to know if this thing is made by html or not,this is like when i go directly at www.w3s.com as soon as the main page shows a small pop up message will appear(a small window type that has a button to click also) like saying "WELCOME TO W3S MAIN PAGE"then click ok,then a another pops out saying, "ENJOY YOUR STAY AND IF YOU HAVE TIME REGISTER THROUGH OUR FORUM"stuffs like that.thanks!
