Hello,I have a xml file which i used to read it into a datatable. This datatable is then assigned to a GridView to be visible to an administrator. Then administrator then have to add the rocords in the Gridview to the database by clicking on the Add Button. But the problem here is the datatable wen assigned doesnt have any dataKeyField so am unable to put the record into the database. Am aware how to put the records into the database. But theres something missing. As in if id is present things becum easy. In my case since i read the data from an xml file into a datatable and then assign it to a Gridview ID is left missing. So unable to take it further.Please suggest... This would be a great help for me.Regrds,Bharti

please post the code you use to read the xml into the database and also the code you use to load the gridview from the database
