Encode both of your ampersands:

<mCN>GAMES & TOYS</mCN>

<xsl:for-each select="//products/product[mCN='GAMES & TOYS')]">

A link to the "feed" (it's an ordinary XML file really)?

Well, at least encode the ampersand in your XSLT.Could you also give a link to your XSLT file?

Sorry. I was unavailable for some time, and it seems no one else had an idea on your problem.I'm able to run this XML/XSLT pair in Stylus Studio with the default parameters. No errors. So, the problem must be somewhere in your ASP. I'm not sure I can help much there though. This started out as an XML well formdness error, but it seems there is no such thing. Both of your files are parsed properly in IE and any other XML parser I was able to find, and even transform without an error... well... the result is not exactly astonishing, but still - there's no error.
