watagal
Greetings-If my users use 2 different brower types (IE + FF) on the same system, are there 2 different set of cookies? Can I store my cookies in a common (non browser specific) location? Are cookies structured the same, no matter the browser type? i.e. IE can read a FF cookie?TiA, Gal
jesh
Each browser has it's own set of unrelated cookies. The cookies that are written by Firefox are separate than the cookies written by IE. I don't know whether you can have a shared set of cookies between the two browsers.
aspnetguy
If you can change the path where the browse saves the cookies you might be able to get browers to share cookies. It all depends on if the cookie format is the same.
