Is that page that when you click on a link it takes you to a website and for you to continue you get a form where you have to enter your name and your email, once you enter that information you click on continue or let me enter and is then when you can see products or whatever there is in that page. I hope someone here can help me come up with one. I have not been able to design one. Thanks so much for your help. I hope I can get good ideas here.
