EvilMonkeySlayer Posted September 23, 2009 Share Posted September 23, 2009 Whilst testing a site is very easy, I'm wanting the capability to test the site as though it was on a dialup modem. (and other speeds)Sloppy does something similar to what I want, however I want something where it acts purely as a proxy and allows me to set its speed. So, i'd say go into the browser settings, set the proxy address to the localhost, run the local proxy program and set the speed I want (say a 56k modem) and then be able to visit any site I want.Is there anything like that out there?EDIT: Go figure, found a cool one.
