rotating an object along the axes

I was wondering if there's a css property that sets the angle between the axes to the object (without creating a new image of the object).i.e. (normal) and (rotated).

This is all CSS3 stuff, so there is no uniform compliance yet. I don't have experience with it, but I'm skeptical. I would run some simple experiments before making a huge comittment.
