Fmdpa
I am in the process creating a "flash" website right now. Actually I am just making it look like Flash, but it is really just JS. I want to create an "enter" page, partly for the purpose of checking the user's browser/plug-in capabilities before he/she enters my site. The real issue I am having is making the "enter" page transition (fade) into the "index.html" page with JavaScript. Help, please?P.S. I know this is my second thread in a row, but... Synook
The only way is to not actually change pages (i.e. load the content through AJAX / have it already there). Or else there will always be a slight gap between the old page being discarded and the new one loading.P.S. Splash pages are generally considered bad interface design. Fmdpa
How do I preload all of the images on the page while a "loading" GIF is playing, then ONLOAD, the page fades-in?
