Looking at the javascript documentation, one is able to access external stylesheets and inline styles.Is it possible to insert a rule into the internal stylesheet?

Yes, but it's a hassle, because there are significant differences between the standard and Microsoft's technique. Whenever I've thought I needed to do this, there always turned out to be an easier way.If you explain your goal, someone might suggest a different plan.

I am looking to dynamically position a div that is created via a third-party script.Because the div is not available when the page loads I cannot change an inline style for an element that is not yet created.Also I cannot rely on external stylesheets because I cannot predict if one will be available.
