XSL-FO to RTF and how to get a style name for table headers

I need to create an rtf document using xsl-fo and xml that when the rtf document is created it shows specific style names for areas of the document. For example, when you open up the generated rtf document in word and you highlight some header text, the style should say 'Header1'. I've created two attribute sets Header1 and Header2, but when I look at the headers in the rtf doc the style is a list of the attributes instead of the name.
